Sorry to hear that slot juggling was not an option. Well, I thought I had overcome the problem with reloading the Intel zerial drivers, but I guess I only shifted it. Automatic update fails to find one.
I’d start with the chipset drivers.

The specification also says nothing about a parallel port Lpt1. I carefully worked through all the relevant drivers on the Intel site, and now have those slots working away as they should.
Since the computer seems to be runnung alright with out it, I will ignore the Device Managers warning of cpi missing driver’ and not follow this up further. My PCI serial port shows no driver.
Do you have Windows 7 x86 or x64? I don’t know how to find the manufacturer of the port. We also provide an extensive Windows 7 tutorial section that covers a wide range of tips and tricks.

I don’t know if it works under Windows 7, but you could try it. Loading your existing OS with a new motherboard should be OK but if it’s an OEM version of Windows it may refuse to activate, in which case you’ll need to liaise with Microsoft explaining what you’ve done to intel dq35jo pci serial port a new code. Have you reset the BIOS to load intel dq35jo pci serial port values and made sure nothing is ‘forced’ in terms of configuration? At this point, I am unsure where to look for a solution. Are you referring to another thread you started, or is this perhaps the pci serial port driver not installed code28 issue?
The USB ports all seem to work correctly otherwise. Unfortunately it is highly likely they would not be available for Windows 7.
That cryptic name for the missing device doesn’t help intel dq35jo pci serial port my DG45ID comes up with a similar message if the ME driver is missing – that’s how I knew.
You rq35jo download it and install it in Vista compatibility mode. Intel doesn’t supply one. Maybe that will fix things.
